Refunds and returns

You can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will reply with the next steps.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.

What can be returned

Tips can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used tips can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.

The Logo Display has the same 30-day returns as everything else, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

Items that arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered can always be reported; see "Damaged or wrong items" below.

How to start a return

Email hemptips@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number (it starts with HT-), the items you want to return, and the reason.
We reply to confirm the return and give any instructions. Returns go by mail to Hemp Tips Ltd., PO Box 460131, Aurora, CO 80046. Please do not send items back before we reply.
Pack the items securely. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm the refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue them promptly once the return is checked; your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

The original shipping charge is refunded when the return is because of our mistake (a damaged, faulty or wrong item); otherwise it is not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will always make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Please report it within 30 days of delivery.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order request at any time before you pay. After payment, email us as soon as possible: if the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
