These terms apply when you order from Hemp Tips. By sending an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you agree to them.

Who we are

Hemp Tips is the trading name of Hemp Tips Ltd., based in Colorado, USA. Contact details are at the end of this page.

Adults 21 and over only

Our products are sold only to adults aged 21 or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21.

We may ask for proof of age and may cancel and refund any order if we believe the buyer is under 21.

Our products

Tobacco and herbal rolling accessories: rolling tips (also called filter tips), packs, jars and a display. They are sold for use with legal tobacco or herbal blends only.

We make no health claims about our products.

Product photos show the item as accurately as we can. The Logo Display is 3D printed, so small variations in its color and surface finish are normal. The Logo Display photos show the Royal Blue print; other colors look different.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page and in your cart. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you send your order is the price you pay.

Sales tax: orders delivered in Colorado include Colorado sales tax for the delivery address (state, county, city and special district taxes where they apply), shown as its own line before you pay. No sales tax is collected on orders shipped outside Colorado at this time.

Online card checkout is coming soon. Until then, you send us an order request and we email you a secure way to pay. Card details are entered only on our payment processor’s secure page or fields; we never see or store your full card number.

When an order is accepted

An order request is not a completed purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email and your payment is received.

We may decline or cancel an order (and refund any payment) if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, we cannot verify the order, or we believe the buyer is under 21.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and times are described in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Within 30 days of delivery you can return tips that are unopened and in their original packaging, and a Logo Display that is unused and in its original condition. Opened or used tips can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are always put right with a replacement or a refund. See Refunds and returns for how to start a return.

Our designs and brand

The Hemp Tips name, the round hand-lettered logo, and the NUKE and ALIEN tip designs belong to Hemp Tips Ltd.. Please do not copy them without our permission.

Product reviews

Reviews on our product pages come from customers and visitors. By sending a review you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you allow us to show it on our site with your first name and last initial.

We check every review before it appears. We publish positive and negative reviews alike; we only leave out spam, abuse, personal details, reviews that are not about the product, or reviews we have good reason to think are fake. We do not pay for reviews or write them ourselves. The "Verified buyer" badge means a paid order with the reviewer's email included that product.

We may reply publicly to a review. To change or remove your review, email us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you sent it.
